By accessing or using the services provided by Anchor of Hope Sober Living for Women, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for residency at Anchor of Hope. By applying, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.
2. Application Process:
Submission of an application does not guarantee residency. Anchor of Hope reserves the right to assess applications based on various factors, including but not limited to, suitability for our program and availability of space.
3. Residency Agreement:
Upon acceptance, residents will be required to sign a residency agreement outlining the terms of stay, expectations, and guidelines for living in the Anchor of Hope community.
4. Code of Conduct:
Residents are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment. Any violations may result in termination of residency.
5. Rent and Financial Obligations:
Residents agree to pay the designated rent amount promptly each month. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in eviction from Anchor of Hope.
6. Termination of Residency:
Anchor of Hope reserves the right to terminate a resident's stay for violation of terms, non-compliance with program guidelines, or any behavior that poses a threat to the well-being of other residents or staff.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
Residents' privacy is a top priority. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Residents are expected to respect the privacy of fellow residents.
8. Health and Well-being:
Residents are responsible for maintaining their physical and mental health. Any health concerns should be communicated promptly to House Manager Mary.
9. Community Participation:
Residents are encouraged to actively participate in community activities, support programs, and adhere to house rules designed to create a positive and supportive living environment.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Anchor of Hope reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Ramsey County.
